In his effort to bring the latest treatment and technologies to his patients, Howard L. Levine MD is deeply engaged in clinical research and teaching of physicians worldwide. Dr. Levine collaborates with consumer, pharmaceutical and medical device manufactures. These activities directly benefit Dr. Levine’s patients with immediate access to medical breakthroughs and recent trends.

Dr. Levine wishes to publicly disclose payments for speaking and consulting of $5,000 or more per year, and any equity, royalties, and fiduciary relationships in companies with which he collaborates. In publicly disclosing this information, Dr. Levine tries to provide information as accurately as possible about his connections with industry and health care.
